These conditions apply to AXÉ MILANO T-shirt purchases.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return without giving a reason, in accordance with Italian and European law.
Item condition
The item must be unworn, unwashed, free from odours or damage, and have its label intact. Whenever possible, use the original packaging.
Return cost
For a change-of-mind return, the customer arranges and pays the return shipping. For a defective or non-conforming product, AXÉ MILANO covers the applicable costs.
Refund
After the item has been received and checked, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe.
